Free Shipping

Orders over $200 ship by UPS Standard Ground FOR FREE!

Free shipping is applicable to orders over $200 (before applicable taxes) being shipped in Canada. Some exclusions apply, including remote locations and/or areas with higher-than-normal shipping fees. Free shipping does not apply to printer devices and accessories.

Low-Cost, Flat Rate Shipping

Low-cost flat rate delivery options:

UPS Standard Ground (Canada) for $9.75

Local Delivery (Cornwall, ON) for $5.00

Everyday low cost, flat rate shipping options are applicable to orders totaling less than $200 (before applicable taxes) being shipped in Canada. Some exclusions apply, including remote locations and areas with higher-than-normal shipping fees. Free shipping does not apply to printer devices and accessories.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Bulk orders and heavy items (printers) sometimes requires additional packaging and special shipping arrangements that can take between 2-3 business days to process.

When your order is received, we'll review it and send you a confirmation email. We'll advise you if we anticipate any delays in shipping your order.

Under normal circumstances and when ordered items are in stock:

  • Orders received and confirmed before 1:00 P.M. EST are processed & shipped on the same day.
  • Orders received and confirmed after 1:00 P.M. EST, on weekends or holidays will be processed & shipped on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.

You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website and view your order status.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order, delays can arise. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

If your tracking number shows no updates after 48 hours, or your package is significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed.

Damaged Or Missing Items

We take great care in packing your order securely, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. To assist with a prompt resolution, include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Reporting Missing Items

If you receive your package and an item is missing, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • The name or SKU of the missing item
  • A brief description of the issue
Resolution Options

Once we review the details, we’ll offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:

  • A replacement of the damaged item
  • A refund (partial or full)
  • Store credit for future purchases

In some cases, we may require the damaged item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. We’ll cover any return shipping costs if applicable.

Important Notes
  • Damage must be reported promptly. Claims made after the 5-day window may not be eligible.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery are not covered.

Important Information

  • We are not responsible for any orders returned to us due to typing errors in the shipping address, unless the order was placed by one of our agents.
  • We do not refund shipping charges. Please refer to our return & refund policy for more information.
  • Once an order leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the courier. The courier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.
  • Locations with higher than normal shipping costs, that are far from a courier's hub or that are infrequently served by couriers are excluded from free shipping.
  • We currently ship within Canada, including all provinces and territories. 
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
